Why We Built This Site
Minnesota keeps a good deal of warrant information open to the public, but the hard part is figuring out which office holds the piece you want. A warrant does not live in one place. The District Court sets the charge and the release conditions, and the Sheriff's Office serves the order and can say whether a published entry is still current. Under Minnesota's court structure, the county has one District Court rather than a separate municipal or justice-of-the-peace court, so those cases do not sit with a city clerk.
Minnesota also has no public statewide warrant search. Court case information is available through Minnesota Court Records Online, but the Judicial Branch states that public search warrants are not currently available there and that the service is not a certified record. That means a person can check a county listing and a court search, find nothing, and still not have an answer. This site gathers the contact details and request steps for each office in one place so a reader can start in the right spot.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to any Minnesota court, sheriff's office, or state agency, and there are real limits to what it can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or say how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or listing on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or the Sheriff's Office can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. This site can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes supplied by outside providers. Those companies set their own prices and run their own services. When one of those tools leads to a paid signup, this site may earn a referral fee, and that revenue helps keep the site free to read. We do not control what those tools charge or what appears in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
